2026 Fc Annual
Shareholder Letter
Dear Shareholders,
As we enter the next stage of growth, we want to outline where we’re headed and what is coming online across the Corporation Innovation + Venture Program.
Over the past year, we sharpened product–market fit, expanded our partner network across VC, PE, and venture studios, and increased both the volume and quality of companies entering the pipeline.
The next phase is about scale: supporting more early-stage founders while increasing value for you — the enterprise IT leader — by strengthening the equity you earn through active participation in the program.
One operational note: Ayudya Tyas has joined Fc and will be working across communications, content, copywriting, and community management to ensure consistency as we grow. Please whitelist her email address: at@fcmv2r.com.
2025 in a Nutshell
Rapid Reviews
Executed multiple Rapid Reviews covering dozens of potential portfolio companies, with thousands of outbound emails sent on behalf of founders.
New Portfolio Companies
Added four new PortCos — ApexaIQ, Ciphero, Deskree, and Lumi AI — and increased our positions in Uno and AppliedXL.
Meetings
Created dozens of direct meetings between Fc community members (CIOs / IT leaders) and portfolio founders. Hosted an in-person Lumi AI dinner in Manhattan.
Webinars
Hosted multiple webinars for portfolio companies (including ApexaIQ, Lumi AI and Uno), each with strong attendance (the Uno session drew 60+ participants).
What’s in Motion
Fc Spotlight Series
Launching a monthly webinar featuring one portfolio company per session. A recent pilot using automated calendar invites drew more than 60 attendees. With this format in place, we can reliably spotlight twelve portfolio companies per year.
Rapid Review Expansion
Beginning in January, Rapid Reviews will increase to at least two sessions per month (every other Friday), covering four to six solutions per session. This expands exposure to frontier enterprise technologies and equity-based mentorship opportunities while delivering earlier, more actionable feedback to founders.
Equity Appreciation Awards (EAA)
Participating IT leaders will continue earning additional equity on top of existing holdings. New participants will now receive the EAA Agreement at the outset, clarifying how equity is earned and reinforcing the connection between engagement, portfolio strength, and equity value.
Increased Portfolio Company Investments
We intend to become shareholders in at least 12 new companies in 2026 by increasing our top of funnel through digital marketing, incentivizing our IT Leader community to make vendor referrals, and increasing the number of Rapid Reviews conducted annually — all in an effort to identify the early stage companies best poised to succeed in the enterprise. Further, we’ll look to increase our positions in our existing portfolio companies that have exhibited demonstrable success.
Password-Protected Member Resources
Two secure resources are live or in progress:
- Rapid Review Library: a searchable Airtable of reviewed technologies with supporting materials for enterprise buyers.
- Mentor Directory: a directory of IT leaders open to mentoring portfolio companies in exchange for equity, streamlining founder outreach.
Annual Update Webinar
We’ll host a program-wide webinar featuring our CIO Council. The session will outline program structure and key initiatives and be edited into a concise replay shared with participants and featured on the site.
Vendor Referrals
Launching a simple referral framework that treats our IT Leader community as true venture partners. When a referred company becomes an Fc portfolio company, the referring CIO receives additional Fc equity and a $500 giftcard.
Potential Sales / VAR Initiative
We are evaluating an internal sales or VAR-style function to drive adoption of portfolio products and are in discussions with regional VARs. The model would include revenue share and performance-based equity bonuses. Several mature companies unable to issue equity are actively seeking structured access to our IT executive community.
Portfolio Highlights
Uno
An enterprise-ready AI agentic platform for Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Resilience. Uno is seeing rapid adoption as large organizations replace manual GRC workflows with autonomous risk quantification, continuous compliance monitoring, and AI-driven audits.
Lumi AI
An AI data analyst that delivers validated insights, visualizations, and reports from natural-language questions — no SQL or Python required. Teams are replacing slow analytics workflows with Lumi’s enterprise-grade decision support.
ApexaIQ
A continuous IT asset assurance platform that brings clarity to asset discovery, shadow IT, and risk prioritization. Enterprises are adopting ApexaIQ to reduce noise and focus remediation based on business impact.
Ciphero
An AI-native verification and control layer that sits between employees, workflows, and AI systems. Ciphero enables real-time inspection, policy enforcement, and auditability of AI usage beyond basic guardrails.
Deskree
A system-context platform that allows AI to reason accurately across code, infrastructure, configuration, and operational history. Deskree is gaining traction as teams improve velocity, reduce service breakage, and safely scale AI-assisted development.
