Rapid Review
Example and explanation
About the process
The Rapid Review enables early-stage enterprise tech companies to anonymously present their solutions to a trusted community of IT leaders to gather candid feedback, validate enterprise fit, and connect with potential customers, design partners, and advisors.
There is a maximum of four questions in total per technology. Respondents answers to each question dictates what they will see next. Any thumbs down or answer lower than 3 will instantly bring the respondent to the next technology due to their lack of interest in the technology they're currently viewing. This is why we refer to it as a pull rather than push process.
The process
(01) The first question is an attempt to validate that the problem is something IT Leaders believe needs to be addressed in the enterprise.

PROBLEM Enterprises Enterprises struggle to operationalize AI due to fragmented workflows, limited engineering resources, and the complexity of integrating LLMs with internal systems. Traditional automation tools are rigid and require manual scripting, making it difficult to build adaptive, secure, and production-ready AI workflows that can interact with tools, data sources, and APIs reliably at scale.
IS THIS A REAL PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE SOLVED?

(02) If an IT Leader selects Thumbs Up for the first question, they will then see the technology's approach to solving said problem.
AI Optimization Software 12.1
solution Our solution offers an alignment orchestration platform that integrates seamlessly between model providers and application layers, ensuring security by hosting entirely within your Virtual Private Cloud (VPC). It provides real-time AI quality controls to detect and correct inaccurate or unwanted model outputs, enhancing explainability and reliability for critical workflows. With a simple integration via our Python SDK or REST API, the platform delivers high-quality, dependable results with passive continuous improvements, enabling confident and efficient GenAI deployment.
DO YOU AGREE WITH THIS APPROACH?

(03) If an IT Leader selects Thumbs Up for the second question, they will then be asked to indicate their interest level in a product preview.
Their answer will dictate what subsequent questions and potential follow-up communications. We will only act on answers IF we proceed with investing and advising the company. For example, an IT Leader may select "5" for a 1-on-1 product preview, but we may not contact the IT Leader if we do not move forward with the company. We screen hundreds of technologies per year, but we will only move forward with approximately two dozen or less. Please note the options below and the meaning of each...

(04) Lastly, if an IT Leader answers with a 3 - 5 to the product preview interest question, only then will we then ask them to indicate their interest in mentoring the company for equity.
This refers to equity directly in and from the company. IT Leaders responses, in conjunction with the company's current stage and ICP, dictates how our community of IT leaders will be matched with companies. We ask that our community of IT leaders utilize our MAST (mentor standard agreement template) if they are matched with a company that they indicated an interest in. Please review the MAST here which we built in conjunction with the leading technology focused-law firm in the world, Cooley. Please note the options below and the meaning of each...
